Welcome to the Tidenham War Memorial Hall web-site.

The hall consists of a main entrance foyer, a main hall (9.5m x 5.5m), schoolroom, changing rooms, kitchen (3.0m x 3.0m) and both ladies and gentlemen's toilets.

The main hall is licensed (06/00074/LAPRNW) and insured for 60 people (seated) for the following activities:

Performance of Dance (Indoors)

• Playing of Recorded Music (Indoors)
• Performance of Live Music (Indoors)
• Provision of Facilities for Dancing (Indoors)
• Performance of a Play (Indoors)
• Exhibition of a Film (Indoors)
• Indoor Sporting Event
• Provision of Facilities for Making Music (Indoors)
• Boxing or Wrestling (Indoors)

The kitchen, which has an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and water boiling facilities is only accessible from the main hall.

The main hall can be used independently of all others except at times when the schoolroom is being used by Tutshill Pre-School club, this is typically between the hours of 08.30 and 15.30 (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and between 08.30 and 13.30 (Wednesday and Friday).

The hall is fully accessible to wheelchair users and disabled toilet facilities are available.

Car parking is available for hall users.

No smoking is permitted on the premises

Alcohol may be consumed on the premises but the premises are not licensed for the sale of alcohol. A “Temporary Event Notice” to sell alcohol can be applied for at a cost of £21.00. Alcohol cannot be sold under the “cover” of buying a raffle ticket but you can take your own alcohol to drink on the premises providing there are no "hidden payments".

Alcohol may be put into a raffle as a prize providing other prizes are mainly non alcoholic.
